MODACCIO creates extra tall women’s clothing exclusively for women 5’10”–6’7”+, engineered with extended inseams, longer sleeves, and balanced rises to properly fit taller frames. Our collections include 36", 38", and 40" inseam options for women who need extra long pants and true tall proportions.
Each garment is developed with taller frames in mind - from sleeve length and rise to inseam and overall balance. The result is clothing that fits intentionally, moves comfortably, and feels considered from every angle.

HOW TO SHOP YOUR HEIGHT
All MODACCIO pieces are designed specifically for tall women. We offer two height ranges to better serve different proportions.
5’10”–6’1”
Shop REG sizing (S–XL).
Designed with extended sleeve length, rise, torso balance, and inseam - longer than standard sizing.
6’2”–6’7”+
Shop Tall sizing (ST, MT, LT, XLT).
Includes additional length beyond REG through the torso, sleeves, rise, and overall proportion.
Both ranges are tall. The Tall range includes even more length adjustments for longer frames.
TROUSER LENGTH
Our trousers are intentionally cut long.
The 36” inseam wears closer to a traditional 38”.
The 38” inseam wears closer to a traditional 40”.
Final length selection depends on your leg length and preferred footwear.

MODACCIO is designed for women 5’10” to 6’7” and above, with proportion adjustments made throughout the garment - not simply added length.
Is tall women’s clothing just longer?
No. True tall design considers sleeve length, rise, shoulder balance, and overall proportion to maintain structure and line.
What materials do you use?
We prioritize premium fabrics selected for structure, longevity, and feel. Our denim is crafted from 100% premium cotton for clean drape and durability, and our linings and finishing details are intentionally chosen for comfort and refinement.
What is your return policy?
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in unworn condition for a full refund to the original form of payment.
How long does shipping take?
Orders typically arrive within 3–8 business days. Complimentary shipping is available for members of our email community (The List).
Will you offer plus-size tall?
We are actively exploring extended size offerings. If you are seeking plus-size tall options, we welcome you to email or DM us with your measurements - customer input helps guide future sizing expansions.
