We are unable to process returns, exchanges, or provide store credit for any FINAL SALE items.

Returns

We offer FREE returns for purchases made online and are happy to help you find your perfect fit. If something is not quite right, returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. 

Please Note: Returns only apply for merchandise unworn, unwashed and tags must be attached. Merchandise received past 14 days will automatically receive store credit in the form of an MODACCIO gift card. Returns received after 30 days will not be eligible for a refund of any kind, and will be discarded upon receipt.

US customers, go to YOU ORDERS to initiate your return and generate a return label.

DAMAGES

If you are worried that an item you received may be damaged or defective, please email us with your order number and a short description of the issue. Please also include photos so we may better assist you.
