Every MODACCIO piece is designed exclusively for tall women. If your size or inseam isn't quite right, we're here to help make it right.
Whether you need a different size, another inseam, or simply changed your mind, our self-service return portal makes the process simple.

Finding the perfect fit is important.
If you need a different size or inseam, exchanges are always free on U.S. orders.
To request a free exchange, email info@modaccio.com with your order number and the size or inseam you'd like instead. We'll take care of the rest.
Our goal is simple: to help you find the MODACCIO fit you were meant to wear.
International exchanges are not currently available.

Choose Store Credit during your return and we'll add an extra $15 MODACCIO Style Credit to your balance—no code required.
Your store credit is issued once your return is approved and can be used toward any future MODACCIO purchase.
REFUNDS
If you'd prefer a refund, we're happy to help.
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- A $7 return shipping fee (U.S. orders only) will be deducted from your refund.
- International return shipping costs vary by location. Please see International Returns below.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We’re happy to ship MODACCIO internationally.
We currently ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and the Netherlands.
International orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Applicable duties and taxes are calculated based on your destination and displayed and collected at checkout, so you can see your total landed cost before completing your purchase and avoid unexpected charges upon delivery.
International Returns
International returns may be submitted through our return portal within 14 days of delivery.
Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for the actual cost of return shipping, which varies by location. After your return request is submitted, we’ll contact you with the applicable return shipping cost and return instructions before your return is processed.
International orders are eligible for a refund or MODACCIO Store Credit. Exchanges are not currently available for international orders.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Duties and taxes paid on international orders are subject to the refund policies and regulations of the destination country and may not be refundable by MODACCIO.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
- Returned with all original tags attached.
- Returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Free from stains, odors, pet hair, or damage.
Items that do not meet these conditions may be returned to the sender.
FINAL SALE
Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for:
- Returns
- Exchanges
- Store Credit
Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing Final Sale items.
PROCESSING TIMES
Once your return is received by our warehouse, please allow 2–3 weeks for inspection and processing.
Exchange orders and Store Credit may be processed sooner depending on inventory availability.
You'll receive email updates throughout the process.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos of the item and packaging
We'll make it right as quickly as possible.
