MODACCIO ships internationally to select destinations. (UK, Netherlands, Canada and Australia).
Available shipping options, rates, and estimated delivery times are calculated based on your destination and displayed at checkout.
International orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Applicable duties and taxes are calculated based on your destination and displayed and collected at checkout, so you'll know your total landed cost before completing your purchase and avoid unexpected charges upon delivery.

U.S. customers: We offer free size and inseam exchanges. To request an exchange, email info@modaccio.com with your order number and the size or inseam you'd like instead. We'll take care of the rest.

International Returns: Customers outside the U.S. may submit a return through our return portal. International return shipping costs vary by location and are the responsibility of the customer. International orders are eligible for a refund or Store Credit; exchanges are not currently available.
Order Cut-Off Times
Standard Shipping:
Orders placed Monday–Friday before 1 PM ET ship same day. Orders after that ship the next business day. Weekend and holiday orders are processed on the following business day.
2-Day Shipping:
Same rules apply — order by 1 PM ET, Monday–Friday for same-day shipping. Later orders ship next business day.
International orders may require additional processing time for customs documentation.
Order Processing & Availability
All orders are subject to availability and payment authorization. During high-volume times (sales, holidays), processing may take longer than usual.
Shipping Restrictions

Alaska & Hawaii: Standard shipping only — $25, Please allow extra time.

We do not ship to: P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US Territories at this time.

International Shipping: We currently ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and the Netherlands. Shipping rates and applicable duties and taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout, with international orders shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).

Taxes & Duties
U.S. Orders:
Applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. No duties apply to shipments within the United States.
International Orders:
International orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Applicable duties and taxes are calculated based on the destination and displayed and collected at checkout.
This means you'll know the total landed cost of your order before completing your purchase, with no unexpected duties or taxes due upon delivery.

Note: Tracking numbers may take up to 72 hours to activate.
International tracking updates and delivery times may vary during customs processing.
Refused or Undeliverable Orders
If your package arrives damaged, accept the delivery and contact us right away.
Refused or undeliverable shipments without prior approval will be subject to return shipping fees.
For international orders, additional carrier, customs, or return-to-sender charges resulting from a refused or undeliverable shipment may also be deducted from your refund where applicable.
Address Changes & Redirects
We are unable to reroute or modify shipping addresses once the order is dispatched.
