Order Cut-Off Times
Standard Shipping:
Orders placed Monday–Friday before 1 PM ET ship same day. Orders after that ship the next business day. Weekend and holiday orders are processed on the following business day.
2-Day Shipping:
Same rules apply — order by 1 PM ET, Monday–Friday for same-day shipping. Later orders ship next business day.

All orders are subject to availability and payment authorization. During high-volume times (sales, holidays), processing may take longer than usual.

Alaska & Hawaii: Standard shipping only — free for signed-in customers, $25 for guests. Please allow extra time.

We do not ship to: P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US Territories at this time.

Refused or Undeliverable Orders
If your package arrives damaged, accept the delivery and contact us right away.
Refused or undeliverable shipments without prior approval will be subject to return shipping fees.
Address Changes & Redirects
We are unable to reroute or modify shipping addresses once the order is dispatched.
